1. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, janitorial services, and related work. Scope of services is defined at the time of booking or within a written agreement.

2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are based on the size, condition, and requested services.
- A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 7 days.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

4. Access Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments due to lack of access may incur a fee.

5. Service Guarantee
We strive for satisfaction and provide quality control. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

6. Liability
We are insured and take reasonable care during service. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items not disclosed as fragile
- Normal wear and tear

7. Use of Website
Use of our website is subject to applicable laws and respectful interaction. You may not engage in data scraping, spamming, or other unauthorized uses.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
